I took this b&w #photograph of railroad tracks many moons ago now, it still is one of my favorite captures, looking at it you can imagine where the tracks are going, where they come from, what they transport and what they mean to the world, destiny can appear as tracks in time, so often we think that we can determine the path and the destination, but so very often we over look the journey we have already traveled, we ignore the wisdom we gathered along the way, and we think we can lay down tracks to where we want or think we should be, but we cant really, and if we ignore the journey already traveled, how can we be truly prepared for the path ahead?
